8. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if a client:

• is under the influence of illicit substances or alcohol,

• behaves abusively, aggressively, or threatens staff,

• engages in trolling, harassment, or defamatory behaviour.

Confidentiality is always maintained regarding disclosed information, including relevant pharmaceutical use.

9. No Refund Policy and Session Expiry

Due to the nature of our work and the energy, time, and preparation involved:

• All sessions, courses, and services are non-refundable once purchased.

• Booked sessions must be used within their stated validity period. Expired sessions will require repurchase.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session or failure to attend may incur a 50% no-show fee.

These conditions are consistent with our stated policies under Australian Consumer Law exceptions for bespoke or time-based services.

10. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access to our websites, courses, or services at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in inappropriate conduct.
Termination does not affect our rights to recover outstanding payments or enforce other rights under these Terms.
