What time zone will my session take place?
Heidi is currently located in Sydney NSW. All bookings take place in Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Daylight Savings Time (Sydney). All phone and Zoom sessions will occur in Sydney NSW time, so if you’re booking from overseas, or another area of Australia, please check your local time zone carefully to ensure accuracy.

What is Mental Health Coaching?

Mental Health Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused approach designed to help you improve wellbeing, resilience, and emotional regulation.
It blends strategic psychotherapy, positive psychology, and coaching techniques to help you move beyond patterns of anxiety, stress, and self-sabotage into confidence, clarity, and calm.
It’s not therapy, counselling, or a replacement for medical or psychological treatment — instead, it’s a practical, empowering path for those ready to create meaningful, lasting change.

What is a SoulShift Protocol™ session

The SoulShift Protocol™ is an advanced energy healing and transformation method created by Heidi Jane.
It combines intuitive coaching, subconscious reprogramming, spiritual clearing, and energy recalibration to help you release emotional blocks, outdated patterns, and energetic attachments.
Each 1:1 session is uniquely tailored to your energetic blueprint — offering deep realignment, clarity, and soul-level renewal.

What can I expect during a session?

Each session begins with a short check-in to clarify your goals and focus areas.
From there, you’ll be guided through intuitive conversation, energetic processes, and (where relevant) hypnotic or coaching techniques to support emotional and energetic balance.
At the end, you’ll receive grounded insights and personalised recommendations to integrate your session’s outcomes into daily life.

How do I pay for my session?

All appointments/sessions can be paid for via credit/visa debit card through Paypal, or our secure online merchant facility Stripe, at the time of the appointment. You may also request an invoice in order to pay via direct deposit.

All session and plan prices are shown in AUD.

7.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session time.
If you don’t show up or cancel within 24 hours, a 50% no-show/cancellation fee applies, as your booking time has been reserved exclusively for you. By booking an appointment with Heidi you agree to this cancellation policy.

8.

What is your refund policy?​​

Due to the energetic and time-based nature of these services, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you need to reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your session can be transferred to a new date within 3 monthsof your original booking.

9.

I asked Heidi a question via email or sms but have not received a response.
Unless your question relates to your appointment time or booking, Heidi does not answer any personal questions via email. You are invited to schedule a telephone or Zoom booking. To make an appointment, click here.

10.

How will I be contacted at the time of my phone or Zoom session?
Heidi will contact you on the phone number or Zoom meeting ID that is provided via email at the time of your booking. Please check your booking confirmation email for the Zoom link.

11.

I’ve made an appointment but I need to reschedule.
We require 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments. lease let us know via email, text message, or through the link in your booking confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE: that if you are not available to take Heidi’s call at your appointed time for your phone session or your Zoom session without 24 hours notice, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% the total amount of your booking. By booking an appointment with Heidi you agree to this cancellation policy.

12.

How should I prepare for my session?
Write down any questions, challenges or concerns you may have or at least some areas you want covered. It helps to have a clear intention for the session, regarding what you would like to receive.

Please ensure you’re in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.
It’s helpful to bring a notebook and some water.
Allow yourself some time after the session to integrate the insights and energy shifts — this is part of your healing process.

13.

Do you work with clients internationally?

Yes! Heidi works with clients around the world.
Please keep in mind all sessions are scheduled in Sydney, NSW (AEDT) — you can use a time zone converter when booking to ensure accuracy.

Do you offer packages or ongoing support?

Yes. You can book single sessions or commit to multi-session packages for deeper transformation.
Ongoing coaching or healing packages allow for greater integration, accountability, and sustained change over time.

15.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. All sessions, and personal information are completely confidential.
Your personal information, session details, and records are handled with the utmost respect and in accordance with Australian privacy standards.

16.

Can I gift a session to someone?

Yes — gift vouchers are available for most services. Please contact us for more information: support@intuitivecoach.com.au
Please note, the recipient must be open and willing to participate for the work to be effective. Please don't book in a session on behalf of another person unless you have their consent.
