On Zoom or over the phone! Holistic and strategic psychotherapy uses the idea of cognitive distortions, (a dysfunctional way we have learned to view the world, ourselves, and others, as a result of trauma or conditioning) to understand current behavioural patterns. Strategic questioning is used, to uncover your unrealised, or under utilised skills, and untapped resources to get you to where you want to be now. A cognitive distortion is what we use to view the world, through our own particular lens, and is based on a past hurt, trauma, events or injury. For example if you've been hurt by a parent this may then influence how you see people in authority, or how you approach your love life. Each person is unique in how they view the world, but mostly it is through limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in our pain, and suffering, unaware that we are reliving, and recreating our past hurt again, and again. A session may also include NLP processes, Time Based Therapy processes, Emotional Intelligence therapies and more. Each session is tailored to meet your needs, each time you attend.
