Across four focused sessions, we’ll regulate your nervous system, reframe limiting beliefs, and integrate practical emotional strategies that support lasting growth and balance. Inclusions: 4 x 75-minute 1:1 online sessions Personalised self-hypnosis recording to deepen and reinforce your progress Weekly reflection prompts between sessions Priority email support for guidance and accountability throughout your package Perfect if you’re ready to move through a specific challenge or emotional block within a focused timeframe — and want to feel grounded, supported, and empowered along the way.

It is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms, please consult your GP, psychologist, or an appropriate mental health service. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice will be forfeited. No Refund Policy: All bookings and packages are non-refundable. This policy supports your commitment to the process and allows us to hold your space with integrity.
