On Zoom or over the phone! Holistic and strategic psychotherapy uses the idea of cognitive distortions, (a dysfunctional way we have learned to view the world, ourselves, and others, as a result of trauma or conditioning) to understand current behavioural patterns. Strategic questioning is used, to uncover your unrealised, or under utilised skills, and untapped resources to get you to where you want to be now. A cognitive distortion is what we use to view the world, through our own particular lens, and is based on a past hurt, trauma, events or injury. For example if you've been hurt by a parent this may then influence how you see people in authority, or how you approach your love life. Each person is unique in how they view the world, but mostly it is through limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in our pain, and suffering, unaware that we are reliving, and recreating our past hurt again, and again. A session may also include NLP processes, Time Based Therapy processes, Emotional Intelligence therapies and more. Each session is tailored to meet your needs, each time you attend. There are two session payment options: 1) Pay as you go @ $160/hour 2) Discount Treatment Plan giving you 4 hours of treatment but saves you money. For each major issue you can expect between 4-6 sessions of treatment, over and above the initial session. You will also need to complete and return your Client Intake Form at least 48 hours prior to your session start time.
